Catherine and Jesse met online but their love quickly sparked! Jesse works with Congress and quickly moved to D.C. while Catherine stayed in Chicago to continue her career as an actor. These two had a relationship that weathered the storm of long distance and were so excited for their wedding at The Armour House in Lake Forest! They were most excited to spend the day with their family and friends, finally live in the same state and to meet their family on both sides that had yet to know them together. *click on the gear icon in the bottom right and choose Watch in 1080p*

One of the coolest parts of this story is where Catherine chose to get ready, at her childhood home. Catherine's mom grew up in the house next door while Catherine's dad bought their house as a young 20-something. Catherine's parents fell for one another and soon were planning their wedding. We got this amazing shot flipping through Catherine's parent's wedding album and filming the photo that her mom took on the stairs and then filming Catherine in the same spot. It was a full circle moment that I think the two of them will cherish for a lifetime. 

That's what video is really about. It's about storytelling and being able to really understand and know who our couples are so we can make something spectacular that might not be much to you as an outside viewer but means the world to those who the film is about. And what we captured at this Armour House Wedding.
